Swimming pools & water parks

To minimize slipping in open-air pools and water parks, pool edges and paths must be slip-resistant. Jointless safety surfaces, with anti-slip and fall protection properties, are ideal and can adapt to curved edges. Rubber granulate fall protection elements work well for paddling pool edges, and interlocking pavers, slabs, and palisades can be integrated into pool designs.

An alternative for pool paths is jointless natural stone surfacing, made of stone granulate and binders. This hard-wearing surface allows water drainage and comes in various colors. Synthetic turf near pools prevents dirt from entering the water, is resistant to moisture and chlorine, and mimics the look and feel of natural grass.
