Parkour ist eine Sportart, bei der man sich effizient und kontrolliert durch st\u00e4dtischen Raum bewegt und Hindernisse \u00fcberwindet. Parkourl\u00e4ufer nutzen Mauern, Vorspr\u00fcnge und Treppen. Viele St\u00e4dte bieten spezielle Parkouranlagen mit individuellen Betonhindernissen.<\/p>\n

Parkourl\u00e4ufer ben\u00f6tigen harte Untergr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr kontrollierte Bewegungen. In Parkouranlagen werden fugenlose Fallschutzbel\u00e4ge aus Gummigranulat verwendet, die sowohl f\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger als auch Fortgeschrittene geeignet sind, da sie Fallschutz und ausreichend Festigkeit bieten. Lose Bel\u00e4ge wie Sand oder Rindenmulch sind weniger geeignet.<\/p>\n

Die R\u00e4nder der Parkouranlage k\u00f6nnen mit Randeinfassungen aus dem gleichen Material gestaltet werden. Pflaster, Platten und Palisaden integrieren die Anlage gestalterisch in die Umgebung.<\/p>\n
