R\u00fcckhalte- und Speicherbecken kontrollieren Wasser aus Niederschlag, Abwasser oder Hochwasser. Ihr Volumen und ihre Gestaltung variieren je nach Verwendungszweck. Niedrig liegende Gebiete ben\u00f6tigen gro\u00dfe R\u00fcckhaltebecken, um Hochwasser zu verhindern. Regenr\u00fcckhaltebecken sch\u00fctzen vor Starkregen, indem sie Wasser verz\u00f6gert der Kanalisation zuf\u00fchren oder kontrolliert versickern lassen.<\/p>\n

Speicherbecken hingegen speichern Wasser langfristig f\u00fcr verschiedene Nutzungen wie L\u00f6schmittel- oder landwirtschaftliche Wasserbereitstellung. Beim Bau und der Instandhaltung von R\u00fcckhalte- und Speicherbecken kommen Geobaustoffe wie Kunststoffdichtungsbahnen, Tondichtungsbahnen, Erosionsschutzmatten und Vliesstoffe zum Einsatz. Diese Materialien dienen der Abdichtung, Filtration, Trennung und Bewehrung.<\/p>\n
